Permanent Vinyl is equivalent to Oracal 651 Adhesive vinyl. Not to be used for garments. Permanent Vinyl has the option of laminate for longer outdoor durability or if being handled a lot. Permenant Vinyl with glitter laminate gives it some sparkle. HTV has matte finish and can be applied to stretchy fabric. HTV comes with a transfer sheet

Instructions for printed HTV:

TEST CUT FIRST FOR YOUR SETTINGS Cut design face up (like adhesive vinyl) Weed vinyl. Apply transfer tape to design, you may have to rub paper down hard. Peel up design. Places design on garment. Heat Press: 295° for 15-20 seconds, medium pressure, hot peel. Iron: Place PTFE non stick sheet over design, firm pressure. 15-20 second intervals, then check to see if design is on good.

*You should be able to see the texture of the fabric through the design when finished. Pressure is important.
