About Our House Brand HTV And Glitter HTV
As you may or may not know, Specialty Materials was bought out and Thermoflex Plus/GlitterFlex Ultra is not being made any more. We set out to find a comparable HTV for these products. We have tried quite a few different products that were not up to our standards during this process. We finally found THE ONE 💖
This is our house brand HTV. It is CPSIA Certified PU Vinyl. The regular HTV and the Glitter HTV have exceeded our expectations as far as weeding, heating on, feeling on garments, and longevity. We have been very pleased with this brand of HTV and we hope you love it as much as we do!
MATTE HTV
This HTV is a lot like Thermoflex Plus when it comes to weeding. It weeds perfectly (get your cut settings for this material as you have to do for all material) and heats on beautifully. It has the matte finish that we find a lot of customers really like. It feels very soft once on the garment. It applies at a lower temperature, and less time, than ThermoFlex Plus did which we like as well.
Peel – warm then cover with a Teflon sheet and repress for 5 seconds
Applies to: Cotton, Uncoated Polyester, Cotton/Polyester, Polyester/Acrylic Excluding Nylon
HTV (has a semi gloss finish)
This HTV weeds very easily as well, and heats on beautifully. It has more of a semi gloss finish which is more like the Siser finish is. It feels very soft once it is applied to the garment, like ThermoFlex Plus does. This applies at around the same temp as Siser does, but a little less time is needed.
Peel – warm then cover with a Teflon sheet and repress for 5 seconds

Glitter HTV
This glitter HTV sparkles just as you would expect any glitter HTV to sparkle. You can feel the glitter like you can with the Siser glitter and the GlitterFlex Ultra glitter. This glitter takes less temperature and less time than both Siser Glitter and GlitterFlex Ultra does, but still has the amazing sparkle that you are expecting to see.
Peel – warm, then cover with a Teflon sheet and repress for 5 seconds
