Shipping policy

There is not a money back guarantee on any shipping method that is offered if a package takes longer than a stated arrival time.

 

We currently only ship to the United States and US Territories. 

 

We do our best to ship orders out fast. Orders usually ship in 1-2 business days, or less. Orders with printed vinyl or DTF may take up to 3 business days. Orders placed Sunday, Monday, or after a Holiday,  may take 1-2 business days depending on order volume.  We do offer a "Rush Processing" option for when you need your order in a hurry and want your order done right away.  It skips the line so your order is processed before others.

If you purchase during a sale, expect a day or 2 longer than above stated times.

 

Free Shipping on orders over $100.00 (contiguous United States only) will ship by the carrier you choose.  The total must be $100.00 or higher after discounts are applied and before taxes. 

 

UPS Ground   It can range from 1-5 days depending on the distance from us.  It is the customers responsibility to know the time frame.  Go to www.ups.com and put in your address, and our address which is 2880 W. Britton Rd Perry, MI 48872.  It will give you the expected delivery date.

 

UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air This is an available option.  There are no refunds for a late delivery.  UPS may not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday.  

 

The USPS Post Office pickup time for the orders we ship out is 10am EST Monday through Friday.

The UPS pickup time for orders we ship out is 4pm EST.

Effective 12-11-24 we will no longer be doing an afternoon dropoff at the Post Office.  USPS Post Office and Free Shipping orders not picked up by the mail carrier by 10am will be held over to the following business day.  If you need your order sooner, please choose UPS shipping with Rush Processing, not the Free Shipping option.

  

We try to get orders shipped out within 1-2 business days of being placed but there are some instances where order volumes are higher and shipping may take longer.  Shipping times are an estimate only. Orders that have printed vinyl may take up to an additional 3 business days to ship due to the ink curing process of the printed vinyl. 

 

CraftCutterSupply.com ships Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm EST. Orders may be processed and filled outside these times. 

 

Business days are considered Monday-Friday.  Holidays and weekends are not included.

 

Please Note: During the Month of November and December, orders can take up to 3 business days to ship out from our facility, especially if an order is placed on a Sunday or Monday.

 

We will not ship vinyl on cores if requested as this increases shipping costs and increases processing times.  Only 150ft rolls of material will be shipped on a cardboard core.

 

We ship your vinyl in a roll/rolls.  It will NOT ship flat.

 

We will not ship vinyl flat if requested as this increases shipping costs and processing times.  We have also found most flat shipped vinyl will have damage when delivered.

 

CraftCutterSupply.com and the United States Postal Service or UPS are completely different entities. CraftCutterSupply.com does not know how the operations work inside the USPS or UPS facilities which is just the same as the courier company does not know what goes on in the CraftCutterSupply.com's warehouse.  Asking CraftcutterSupply.com why is my package tracking not updating is like asking the courier company what are the newest HTV glitter colors.  The best place to get tracking information is to call the courier company directly.  If they tell you the courier company does not have the package, make sure they had typed in the right tracking number.  All packages that received a tracking number are picked up within 24hours by the courier company. All packages will be accepted the day they are picked up so there will be at least one tracking scan that the courier company will see.  Once packages leave the building we cannot legally enter a courier company's processing facility to physically locate your package.  If the courier company says the package is delayed , there is nothing we can do on our end but wait for it to move.

 

The customer agrees to use the courier company from the list provided by CraftCutterSupply.com when checking out. The customer also understands there may be delays with shipping and CraftCutterSupply.com will not reimburse or refund the customer for late deliveries. In addition, CraftCutterSupply.com understands they will not receive any additional money for a package arriving early.

 

CraftCutterSupply.com cannot control shipping times and can only go by the estimated delivery dates given by the courier company. We will not guarantee the delivery date.

 

Packages may take up to 30 days to arrive after being accepted by the USPS or UPS (longer if outside of the US). If the package does not arrive within the 30 days (60 days on international shipments) after being accepted by the USPS or UPS, CraftCutterSupply.com will refund the order or can reship the order.  If you do not want to wait the 30 days (60 days on international shipments), you may repurchase your items and we will ship them out again.  If the original order arrives and you purchased a duplicate, you may write return to sender on it and we will refund you after it arrives back to us.  If the package is deemed lost after 30 days (60 days on international shipments), We will file a claim with the carrier company and issue a refund if the claim is approved.  If we make a claim for a lost order and we refund or reship the lost order and the original order ends up getting delivered, the original order must be returned or the material must be paid for.  

 

CraftCutterSupply.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit after being accepted at the courier company.  CraftCutterSupply.com will make a claim only after 30 days had passed (60 days on international shipments).

 

CraftCutterSupply.com is not responsible for items once they are scanned as being delivered.  The customer must contact the courier company to find the GPS location of where the item was delivered.  Packages have been known to be delivered at a later date, put in a wrong mailbox, placed at the wrong house, and also stolen after being delivered.  The customer must make a claim with the courier company or contact the local police department to track down the missing packages.  CraftCutterSupply.com does not have adequate staffing to hand deliver packages or to provide security until it actually gets in the customers hands. The best CraftCuttersupply.com can do is hand the package to the courier company that was chosen upon checkout.

 

We will only ship to the shipping address provided by Paypal to maintain the Buyer/Seller protection that Paypal offers. If package is returned due to wrong address provided by the customer, customer agrees to pay the actual shipping cost to reship package (not a promotional rate including free shipping). If customer requests a refund after package has been returned, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost we pay and a 25% restocking fee for vinyl.  There are no refunds on custom printed material.

 

If CraftCutterSupply.com ships your order to the address you provide and gets charged for and address correction, you will be billed what the courier company charged to make the correction.  CraftCutterSupply.com ships to the exact address you enter at checkout.  We do not know if the address is right or wrong, so we rely on the the information you provide us to be accurate.  If you provide inaccurate information, you are responsible for the additional charge.

 

If a package is returned to us due to it being refused, wrong address, cancelled, undeliverable etc. without prior authorization, you will need to pay the cost of the return shipping and the cost to reship it to the correct address.  Courier companies are charging shipping costs both ways when something is coming back to us and those costs are to be paid by the customer.

 

There are no refunds or credits issued once your package has been shipped.

 

USPS Ground Advantage will take longer to arrive than Priority Mail.

 

Orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery.

 

CraftCutterSupply.com may ship multiple orders together if they are going to the same address.  There will NOT be any refunds issued for any of the shipping costs on the multiple orders that ship together.  The reason for no refunds is: we have to have an employee find your first order to add the second order to it, and usually it upgrades the shipping for the second order.  Plus adding more materials in the package makes it weigh more and increases shipping cost.  We also have to have an employee locate the two transactions and link them together in our system.  This is where your extra shipping costs go.

 

No Shipping is guaranteed to arrive within the 1,2 or 3 days the shipping options may state.  Priority Mail Express and UPS Next Day Air may not be sent out the same day as it is ordered.  

 

CraftCutterSupply.com does not ship on Weekends or Holidays.

 

If your package does not show updates on the USPS tracking page, find the spot to get tracking updates and enter your email on the USPS website. It seems to help get packages moving.

 

International Shipping and Importing Fees:

International Customers are responsible for any additional Duties, Taxes, Import Fees, and any additional shipping that may be requested/required by Customs to make delivery.  We have no control on Customs charging additional fees.

 

CraftCutterSupply.com will need help from the customer for making a claim of damaged contents and/or missing items.  The post office has been requesting an inspection of the actual contents along with the packaging and we have been counting on the person that received the package to follow through which no one has.  We were nice enough to reship everything with the understanding that the customer would follow through if/when there was an inspection needed.  Customers have been failing to provide the post office what they need when a claim arises.  The claim is then denied and the material that we resent along with additional shipping is not paid for.  We know this sounds like bad customer service but it is also not fair to us to pay for materials twice, reship the order and then not have the customer help us with solving the issue (after quite a few times being told they would help) with the post office.  Once again, customers will need to provide CraftCutterSupply.com the pictures and information needed to make claims for any damaged/missing materials.  The customer can place another order and we will ship it right away.

Pictures are required for damage claims.

All Photos Are Required
During the photo documentation process, seven different photos will be requested:

• A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box
• A photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging material used
• A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number
• Two photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)

Orders that are marked as damaged on USPS or UPS tracking will not be replaced or reshipped prior to actually being delivered.  Once delivered, we will need the required pictures of the damage.  Once we receive the required pictures, we can reship or refund the material.  The reshipped material will be sent with the same shipping method that was chosen on the original order.  Any upgraded shipping or overnight shipping will need to be paid by the customer.  If you need the order faster due to a deadline and you have not yet received the original order, you must reorder the material and choose a faster shipping method.  The original order will be refunded once the claim is approved by USPS or UPS.  CraftCutterSupply.com will not upgrade shipping on replacement orders.
