Where are we located?

We are located at 2880 W Britton Road, Perry, Michigan 48872.

Am I able to pick up my order?

We do allow for local pick up of orders during regular business hours. After hours orders will be in a locked container that you will be given the code for in your notification email that your order is completed and ready for pick up.

Can I order over the phone?

All orders must be placed online to ensure accuracy and timely processing. This also allows you to conveniently view your order history at any time.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your vinyl order after it has been placed and paid for, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee even if the order was just placed. 

DTF, UV-DTF Transfers, Stickers, Banners, Canvas, Yard Signs (anything custom printed)  that are cancelled by the customer for any reason prior to being printed will be charged a 25% percent fee to cover website costs, processing fees, and staff time to remove it from the production queue.   Orders that have already been printed are not refundable and can not be returned.

Can I return items for a refund?

All Sales Are Final!

No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless we ship the wrong item or the item was damaged in transit.

How can I view my past orders?

I'm missing part of my order. Where is the rest of it?

Everything is rolled together so please unroll everything completely to double check your order is all thereClaims of missing items: We will need a picture of the box, packing slip and all material received sent to us in an email. NO EXCEPTIONS.  We weigh all packages individually before printing a shipping label to record the actual weight of what was sent.  When we get a claim about missing items, we will repull your order, check it for accuracy, and then compare it to the weight that was sent.  We can then tell if there was a problem.  If the order was repulled and the exact weight was correct as it was sent,  we will still need a picture of the box, packing slip and all material received sent to us in an email. NO EXCEPTIONS.

When will I be charged for my order?
All orders are charged at the time of checkout.

What payment options do I have?
CraftCutterSupply.com accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express Credit Cards. We also accept Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon and Diners Club.

Do you keep my card information on file?
No, we do not ever store your card or payment information.
