Cut – Mirror image
Temp – 300° F
Pressure – Medium, even
Time – 10 seconds

Peel – warm then cover with a Teflon sheet and repress for 5 seconds

Care – Wash warm water. Tumble dry normal. Dry-cleaning okay.

This vinyl is okay. Letters weed pretty good, however it tears really easily. Anything with detail I can’t seem to get it to cut well, even with more pressure. I probably wouldn’t purchase again.

Hi Felicia, I did some testing with your image you had emailed us.  The problems you were experiencing would be caused by your cutting speed cutting too fast or your blade offset not being right.  With your depth, you should see the cut lines in the carrier sheet.  If that is good, then try to slow down your speed and/or adjust the offset.  Also, some cutters do have an overcut feature where the blade will cut a little past the start point.  That is something to check into as well.  Once you get that dialed in, it will make weeding of any vinyl so much easier.
The HTV is thinner than other brands which gives it a softer feel like screen print.  Since it is thinner, it does 'tear' easier especially if the blade isn't completing the cut all the way and leaves just enough material causing issues when weeding.
