Do You Want Us To Review Your Gang Sheet For Overlapping Or Cut Off Images Explained-

If you choose NO -  then there is no review of your gang sheet.  

If you choose YES - then we will look over your gang sheet to see if e see any overlapping designs or and designs that will be cut off (off the design area). 

*****We do not check for low quality as the designer will tell you if it is a low quality design.

If there is an issue we would like to bring to your attention we will send you an email.  If we do not hear a response back within 24 hours we will print and ship your gang sheet as is.

Reviewing your DTF print is NON Refundable

1. Choose your sheet size above, then click "Build Your Own Gang Sheet".  This will take you into the designer.

2. Upload your designs using the "upload image" button on the left . They need to be a .png file with a transparent background, 300dpi or higher. If the background is not removed our printer WILL print it. You may move them around and size them as you want. When you are done click "save and add to cart"

3.  You can change the quantity (number of copies) you want in the designer, at the top where it says "quantity", or you can click the "save and add to cart" button and change the quantity in the cart.

Custom full color transfers printed just for you!

If you would like something you have in a PNG file format with transparent background printed, please read below.

These can be designs you purchase (from online places such as Etsy or a designer website) that are a PNG file format, 300dpi or higher, with a transparent background. You can also make them if you are a designer, but they have to be given to us as a PNG file 300dpi or higher and transparent background. Whatever is not transparent in a background will print white (or the color it is showing). 

The colors could be slightly off if the designs are made (or changed) in RGB color format.  We print DTF with CMYK inks and color profiles.  Print colors will be more consistent using CMYK colors.

Sending us your purchased print: We are NOT considered a print on demand site, as you are creating the final product for your customers, not us.

No Copyright things. When you send a file to us we assume you have the rights to have the image printed.

When choosing an image to have custom printed, keep in mind that small/skinny fonts and lines/tiny details and transparent pixels may not print well as there may not be enough surface area for powder adhesive to stick to during the curing process.  Also a large solid one colored area may have slight variation in the solid color.  This is due to the nature of printing.  

Colors could vary a little bit from your screen to the final print. This is just the nature of printing . If vastly different you will be notified.

These come with a color bar printed on the side.  Be sure to cut that off or it WILL adhere to the garment.

These will be printed in the color and size you send them.

Pressing Instructions:

Pre press your garment for 5 seconds to get rid of any moisture in the garment.

Heat transfer onto:

Cotton and poly/cotton blends at 315°F for 12-15 seconds at medium to firm pressure.

Polyester at 275°F for 12-15 seconds at medium to firm pressure.

Cover with a PTFE non stick sheet, kraft butcher paper, butcher/parchment/kraft paper or a silicone sheet. These are a HOT PEEL, so let it cool for 5-10 seconds before peeling.

Then do a second press with your cover sheet for 5-10 seconds.

These can go on basically any fabric you would like. You may need to adjust the amount of heat depending on the fabric. If you’re using this product for the first time or trying a new garment, it’s always best to test on an inconspicuous area or spare garment before applying for the final production.

That's it, you're done!

Washing/Drying

Standard washing/drying is fine. No special instructions needed.

These are printed as they are ordered, but we try to get them printed and shipped out as fast as we can.  Most times it is 1-2 business days to ship these out.  Sometimes there can be circumstances beyond our control and could take up to 3 business days to be shipped out.  Please plan ahead and order as soon as possible.

Make sure you follow the specific instructions from the business you purchased the full color transfer from, as they can all be drastically different.

If you order the same image/fonts etc. in regular DTF (for shirts) and UV DTF (Printed Decal/Sticker) the colors of the prints may not be an exact match when placed next to each other.

This is due to:

-Using 2 completely different printers and processes.

-Using 2 completely different software's to print the images.

-Each printer uses a different type of ink, media, and curing process.

We try our best to color calibrate them to be similar, we just cant guarantee they will be the exact same shade of color when they are placed next to each other.
